Decaf - Swiss Water Process
San Francisco Coffee Company decaffeinated coffees are certified Swiss Water® processed. This unique, and often imitated, process guarantees our customers a 100 chemical free decaffeination process resulting in a 99.9% decaffeinated coffee. The difference in Swiss Water® processing is the use of flavor-charged water to decaffeinate the beans so that the natural flavors of the coffee do not leave the beans along with the caffeine.
