'Organic' refers to coffee grown by farmers who rely only on natural methods to fertilize them and to protect their crop from pests and disease. San Francisco Coffee Company buys its organic coffees exclusively from importers certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and is annually inspected and approved by this major agency as a "certified organic processor."
