| Blends | We roast all of our own coffees
fresh here in San Francisco. We have an opportunity to craft many
new and terrific blends by combining a bit of this, a bit of that,

| Dark Roasts | Dark Roasted coffees are roasted
longer than our regular varieties for a full, smokey and European
character. Any of our regional coffees can be roasted dark, and with
a minimum order of ten pounds, we can custom roast them for you. View Items |
| Medium Roasts | Medium Roast coffees are characteristically
mild, and leave a nice sweet finish. American pallets regard them

| Decaf - Swiss Water Process | San Francisco Coffee Company
decaffeinated coffees are certified Swiss Water® processed. This
unique, and often imitated, process guarantees our customers a 100
chemical free decaffeination process resulting in a 99.9% decaffeinated
coffee. The difference in Swiss Water® processing is the use of
flavor-charged water to decaffeinate the beans so that the natural
flavors of the coffee do not leave the beans along with the caffeine.

the most flavor-sensitive method of decaffeination. Only water is

| Flavored | We flavor our coffees more subtly
than many coffee companies. We don't want all of our attention and
care overpowered with strong flavoring oils. The coffee's individual

| Organics | 'Organic' refers to coffee grown
by farmers who rely only on natural methods to fertilize them and
to protect their crop from pests and disease. San Francisco Coffee
Company buys its organic coffees exclusively from importers certified
by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and is annually
inspected and approved by this major agency as a "certified organic
